[Quidam] in excomunicatione constitutus
episcopum accusare disponit, ado
lescentem infra xiiiium etatis sue annum
ad assertionem sue cause adducit.
Prohibitus ab accusatione adolescentem
accusatorem, et se testem facit. Adole
scens personam accusatoris et testis gerere
cupit, di statuta ad iudicium electorum
iudicium episcopus minime
concurrit a cōiōe communione
suspendere, tandem renouato iudicio,
accusator culpabilis in accusatione
inuenitur, demum ad assertionem
proprie cause procedit. Hic primum P127ra
queritur an in excommunicatione constitutus alium
accusare ualeat. Secundo autem infra i infra
xiiiium. annum in criminari causa testari,
quis possit. Tercio, utrum accusatione
prohibitus personam testificantis possit assu
mere. Quarto, aut an> die constituta
non occurrens a communione sit remouendus.
Sexto, si in episcoporum indicio accusatoris
persona culpabilis inuenta fuerit, an ad as
